Start from the Settings directory

The Settings page groups destinations by organization setup, business tools, and compliance. Open it from the settings control in the application top bar.

Settings and Payments settings are different

The application Settings directory manages your organization. The Payments disclosure in the sidebar also has a separate Payment gateways destination for online payment credentials.

Find the setting you need

Use these links to open the matching destination directly. Your role determines which cards are visible inside the application.

Complete your organization setup

Organization settings are the source of the business details used throughout the workspace and on customer documents.

  1. 1

    Add organization details

Open Organization and complete the business name, email, phone, website, industry, and team size fields that apply to your workspace.
    SettingsOrganizationOrganization Details
  2. 2

    Review costing and tax identifiers

Choose the product costing method, decide whether cost prices are enforced, and add the VAT, registration, and TIN values your business uses.
  3. 3

    Add organization addresses

Add each business location, choose one primary address, and enable Show on invoices for any additional address that should appear on customer documents.
    SettingsOrganizationOrganization Addresses
  4. 4

    Upload the organization logo

Upload the logo customers should see with your business identity and generated documents.
    SettingsOrganizationOrganization Logo
  5. 5

    Add reusable business documents

Upload and describe tax-clearance, PRAZ, CR14, CR6, memorandum, articles, or constitution documents that may be attached when sending an invoice or quotation.
    SettingsOrganizationOrganization Documents
  6. 6

    Configure exchange rates

Add the USD-to-currency rates needed before using another currency on invoices, quotations, products, or dashboard values.
    SettingsOrganizationCurrency Exchange Rates

Customer documents use selected organization details

Invoices and quotations use the configured organization identity, primary or invoice-enabled addresses, logo, tax identifiers, document theme, and invoice-enabled payment accounts. Review the live document preview before sending.

Separate payment details from gateway credentials

Three payment-related settings surfaces control different parts of the customer payment experience.

Show on invoices is explicit

Saving a payment account does not automatically place every account on customer documents. Enable Show on invoices only for the details customers should use.

Configure communication channels

Communication Channels controls which email, SMS, and WhatsApp providers your organization can use for conversations and document delivery.

  1. 1

    Open Communication Channels

Go to Communications to review existing channels or add one.
    SettingsCommunications
  2. 2

Choose the channel type and provider

Select Email, SMS, or WhatsApp, then choose the provider supported by that channel and complete the displayed credentials.
  3. 3

    Set channel behavior

Give the channel a recognizable name, review retry settings, and decide whether it should be the default for its type.
  4. 4

    Save and verify the workflow

After saving, use the relevant conversation, invoice, or quotation flow to confirm that the channel is available.

Manage users and billing

Organization access and the LaniTech subscription are managed on separate settings pages.

Configure calendar and compliance tools

Use the remaining settings destinations for scheduling connections, document templates, fiscal devices, and account history.

  • Calendar manages event notifications and Google Calendar connections.
  • Templates controls the document designs available to invoices and quotations.
  • Fiscal devices manages the devices used for fiscal transactions.
  • Audit logs shows recorded sign-ins and organization changes.

Access and permissions

The Settings directory only shows destinations available to the current role.

Ask an administrator when a setting is missing

Billing, Communications, Calendar, Payments, and several actions inside Organization settings are permission-gated. A hidden or disabled destination does not mean the setting has been removed.
